ABOUT THE TRAINING
This training will offer you skills and tools to:
- Facilitate the WakeUp – a powerful 2-3 hour interactive, multimedia workshop that ignites young people into inspired action
- Organize a Thrive Hub – a community organizing model for students & youth to build local models of a thriving, just, sustainable world
- Develop Thrive Leadership skills & capacities for creating personal, interpersonal, and systemic change
WHO
Young people ages 16 – 35 interested in bringing innovative social change skills & tools to your community, school, or organization. (We recommend you attend this training with 1 or 2 other people from your school or community if possible.)
WHEN
Sunday, July 15, at 5pm until Sunday, July 22 at 12pm
WHERE
The Whidbey Institute (On Whidbey Island near Seattle, Washington)
COST
$750 (camping rate)
$950 (bed rate)
Includes all meals and program materials. Does not include travel & ground transportation.
