A*Year is a new program for recent university graduates (at both the Bachelors and Masters level), or for courageous students eager to take time away from school. For 13 months, you’ll be matched with an Ashoka team in our DC office and work with them full-time, immersed in Ashoka’s unique and collaborative work environment. You will learn with, and from, other A*Year Associates and Ashoka’s senior leaders. If you’re creative, entrepreneurial, and crave the opportunity to contribute to something big, then A*year is for you.
